I am married to my sweetheart since 9/18/71. We have 4 grown children and a grandson.
BEST MEMORY OF DELEHANTY HIGH
I loved my high school and made many friends. Unfortunately I have lost touch with all of them. I felt that the teachers were good to us and they never disrespected us like the nuns did in grammar school. I am thankful that I kept Pat Marini's phone number and she called me and told me about the site.
Spouse:
I met my wife (Diane Napolitano) at Cresthaven Country Club in Whitestone in January of 1970. I used to go to the dances there on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. She lived in Brooklyn at the time (Greenpoint). We dated and were engaged in September of 1970 and married September 18, 1971.
Children:
We have 4 children, Dina, born 4/13/74, married 2 years, and has our first grandchild Daniel, he is special, he just started to walk and talks so much. Michele born 3/14/77, she is engaged and will marry in September of 2003, Kara born 12/7/79 and Robert born 1/26/83.
Job:
I started as a bank teller right out of high school and attended Pace College (now a university) in NY City part time for over 2 years. Never got my degree, then entered into the family Real Estate business and stayed there for 15 years. Then I became a NY City Marshal, a nightmare of a job, it was a political appointment. I quit after 3 years, the job just did not pan out. I now work for the FAA as a Real Estate Contracting Officer. We lease sites along the Eastern seaboard for antennas, radar sites and office space for the FAA personnel. I am with the government since August of 1986.
Pets:
We own a Meyer's parrot and a cat.
Favorite Teacher:

Favorite Song:

Favorite Movie:

Favorite Destination(s):
Disneyworld, Florida

Special Interests:
My grandson is #1 right now. I write a lot of poetry and have poetry pages all over the internet. I really don't have any hobbies at this time but I also love music.
Comments:
I am so glad that I found the site through Patty Marini. I hope that any of my former classmates who remember me will make contact and hopefully meet some of them after 38 years...wow...38 years since we graduated...how we age and time flies....Bob
